We write the loss report, handle supplements, and deal with the carrier, so you can focus on the restoration and construction work.
3. Easy Partner Package: We Partner together– to help the customer insurance repair funding only
Sometimes a customer may not be ready to commit to the contractor but needs help from a qualified construction team to complete the Insurance Loss Report (document damages, conduct testing, write the report) in order to secure adequate funding. Some homeowners opt to pay for the insurance report service only, choosing to leave the contractor decision undecided.
In most cases, once they receive their settlement amount notification, they are thrilled and want to proceed into the restoration construction phase with the contractor. However, in some cases, they may choose to handle the construction phase on their own.
In such situations, a homeowner may choose to pay solely for the service to compile the Insurance Loss Report. They understand that this service represents a significant investment of time and resources. Even though StormPro performs all the work, we allocate a portion of the customer’s payment to the contractor as reimbursement for time spent evaluating the job and processing payment.
