Our Founder’s Story
Storm Pro was founded by Danyelle Hall, a seasoned professional with deep roots in both construction and insurance. She began her construction career by becoming a licensed General Contractor in the Bay Area of California. She developed a sharp eye for quality work and a strong work ethic that quickly grew her company to over 60 employees. Eventually, the company became too large. Danyelle sold it and moved to the Northwest, where she worked in the family construction business, primarily in sales and design.
One of her greatest frustrations as a contractor was encountering homeowners who were confused about their claims and helpless to find someone who could actually complete the work for the amount provided by the insurance company. She always felt there had to be a better way to help customers receive quality repairs—resulting in a win for both the customer and the contractor’s business growth.
Over time, her quest to learn more about insurance repair work led her into the world of insurance adjusting. As a licensed Field Adjuster in several states, she gained years of hands-on experience navigating claims and advocating for fair outcomes. With a background in sales and a heart for helping people—especially those impacted by severe weather—Danyelle built Storm Pro to bridge the gap between homeowners, insurance companies, and contractors, making the process smoother, faster, and more effective for everyone involved.
Contractors want to help homeowners and grow their businesses, but most don’t have the resources or knowledge to do it. That’s where Storm Pro Consultants come in—we make this possible for construction companies.

Danyelle Richards Hall
FOUNDER
While she oversees all aspects of Storm Pro, she enjoys the homeowner connection and sales the most. The challenge of getting a homeowner the most possible so they can have a quality repair excites and motivates her. She has always felt that every contractor should have the resources to properly serve their customers in an insurance claim, regardless of the construction company's size. A “win-win” situation is possible—the customer gets a quality job with no out-of-pocket expense, and the contractor gets paid well to do quality work.

Curt Richards
CONTRACTOR RELATIONS/ACCOUNTS MANAGER
The heart of a true entrepreneur, owning many successful businesses, with over 30 years of experience in construction and construction sales. He really understands the challenges contractors face and the importance of increasing sales, profit margins, and overall growth. Curt is Danyelle’s cousin and was the general contractor who originally mentored and brought Danyelle into the construction world. Curt heads up our Contractor Relations and New Contractor Accounts Department.

Jeff Richards
CUSTOMER SUPPORT/TECH
Spent many summers working for the family construction company, installing materials hands-on. Throughout his career, he has been a constant asset and resource to the family construction company in technology matters. In his off-time during periods of good weather (when no major storms are occurring), Jeff prioritizes a significant portion of his time for non-profit endeavors, in addition to providing tech support in the office. However, during storm season, Jeff is all hands on deck with the rest of the family, working in homeowner relations and sales, and when needed, even serving as a field adjuster.

Jon Richards
LEAD FIELD ADJUSTER
Started out in the family construction company, working his way up from installer to eventually project manager. In the beginning, he specialized in exterior remodeling, then later transitioned to custom finish carpentry. As a contractor, he often sought out Danyelle's help when homeowners hired him for insurance claim repair jobs. It did not take long for Jon to realize the value of having insurance loss repair knowledge and resources to grow a company. So he jumped in full force with classroom and field training and now works full time in the Storm Pro family business, primarily as Head Field Adjuster and occasionally in contractor account relations.

Heather Felkey
OFFICE MANAGER/MORTGAGE FACILITATOR
With extensive experience in HR and Office Management, she excels in follow-through and organization. During storms, she is personally onsite, helping facilitate our field team, assisting with contractor packet delivery, and coordinating with mortgage companies. She leads our mortgage communication and documentation department, which is vital in ensuring that contractors are always paid on time. Heather has also trained as a field adjuster, enabling her to understand all processes involved in a claim. During non-storm periods, she efficiently manages the office to ensure that all paperwork is completed. Her exceptional performance makes her an integral part of our team, akin to family.
